Geelong Animal Rescue (GAR) is a full volunteer-based organisation that rescues, rehabilitates and re-homes companion animals into caring families.  To date, they have rescued over 1750 animals. About half of their operations run off donations so MoonPaw couldn’t be happier to be donating $5,000 AUD (made possible by a 2% charity tax on MoonPaw token transactions) which should help cover fees involved with rescuing animals and vet bills to rehabilitate them!

MoonPaw is proud to be partnering with an organisation that cares so much for animal welfare that they do it on their own time out of the good of their hearts. We’ve had the pleasure of interacting with some of their volunteers and are humbled by their dedication, enthusiasm and love for animals! Our goal is to raise funds for GAR by leveraging our brand and cryptocurrency platform. This means that proceeds generated from our products and services that is promoted by GAR will also be donated back to GAR. This is additional to the 2% charity pool split across our partners. Additionally, a project video that includes GAR and the MoonPaw team is also under way that we will be promoting at the Crypto World Summit event!
